scarlett.gr carries out shipments throughout Greece and Cyprus in the following ways:

By ELTA Courier (1-3 working days) in Attica and in all other regions of Greece.

In remote and inaccessible areas of Greece, the delivery time may deviate up to 96 hours more.

Courier shipping costs are €4.00 for the whole of Greece. For orders over €50 shipping costs are FREE! The cost of cash on delivery amounts to €2.00

Delivery times

The delivery of the ordered products takes place within a period of one (1) to four (4) working days from the date of acceptance of the order by the Company, between 09:00 and 18:00 pm. to the address you have indicated when completing your details. The above deadlines do not apply and the Company has no responsibility in cases of delay and/or failure to deliver due to force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, etc.), however we will inform you accordingly. The order may be delayed if it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with the order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information entered is not correctly updated.

Products delivery

Once your order arrives at the pickup address, you will be asked for a signature in order for it to be delivered. In the event that the information entered in the form is incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for any non-delivery. Packing

The products to be shipped are packed with the greatest care and meet all relevant regulations.

Absence of the Customer on the day of delivery

Depending on the case, the carrier may leave a transit slip in your mailbox asking you to contact them.

Parcel loss – Parcel received

Parcels are delivered after the recipient’s signature. Every product that has been delivered must be checked and any reservations recorded on the transport company’s delivery note in case of partial or total damage. If you do not complain when you receive the package, it means that the package was delivered in good condition and no subsequent request or complaint will be accepted. Finally, any parcel that has not been claimed by you and has been returned to us may be re-sent to you at your own cost.
