Returns and exchanges are made within a period of up to 14 days from the day of receipt of your order.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Until the product reaches us it is your responsibility, so it is important to take care of its safe transport to avoid any damage and therefore inability to return it.
The original or copy of the purchase receipt must be included in the return package (No changes are made to the underwear)

Product Returns / Exchanges

The procedure for returning products is as follows:

Carefully package the products to be returned together with the proof of purchase (original or copy).
Write on a plain paper
Your full name
The contact phone number
The reason for the change
The products you are returning and the products you wish to pick up
As soon as we receive the package and the necessary check is done, we send you the new product, paying the difference if there is any, or if you have requested it, we return the money to the account you have written to us.
The transportation of the products to and from you is at your own expense. You can use any courier that serves you and pay the shipping directly to the distributor.
Alternatively, and for the best service, we have secured special prices from ELTA courier

The cost for both shipments (receipt and delivery of the products) amounts to €12.00. If you want to use this service: Considering that you wish to use this/the specific service:

Contact the ELTA Center store in your area to collect your parcel
The parcel is sent at a recipient’s fee (ours, nothing is paid to the courier)
As soon as the change is complete, we will send you the products you have requested with a charge of €12.00 cash on delivery
Returns of Defective Products

In case of a defective product, inform us within 24 hours at +30 695 503 7198
Attention: In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform the Courier company within the next 8 hours so that they can take responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be made.

During the return process, your account may be credited for a new or future purchase, or you may be refunded.

In case of exchange with another product:

Contact the Courier Center store in your area to collect your package
The parcel is sent at a recipient’s fee (ours, nothing is paid to the courier)
The replacement will be carried out by us as soon as possible.
Exceptions to return

The return is not accepted for products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Return of non-defective products

We inform our dear customers that it is not possible to return non-defective products and compensation / refund to the customer.
